The Mobile App is the Initiative for promoting citizen engagement with law enforcement evolved the desire to save lives, create a safe and secure society through the use of technology and citizen engagement. Smart Police is a mobile application that citizens to turn in crime tips to law enforcement using a mobile device and it can help foster community awareness about suspicious or criminal activities. Smart Police will allow law enforcement to receive, vet, track, forward and share crime tips within its own agency, as well as push out tips, photos, videos and other information to officers or other agencies.
